Dr. Jayendra Narang began his career in school education and holds master's degrees in Neuroscience, Psychology, Economics, Commerce, and Administration. He also earned a Post Doctorate in Neuroscience and PhDs in Psychology and Econometrics. He served as founding Secretary and CEO of the greenfield project "Disha," managing policy and daily operations, working with former Vice-Chancellors, IIT and IIM professors, 500+ faculty, and thousands of students. He directed Disha Global, specializing in minerals and chemicals, and led significant research in minerals and metals as CEO of Disha Academy of Research and Education (DARE). He later administered MMI Hospital, supervising over 400 medical staff. Dr. Narang served as Director at Kruti Institute (now Anjaney University) and has lectured internationally in 64 countries on Mind Mapping, Neuroscience, NLP, Economics, and Management at top institutions including IITs, IIMs, and AIIMS. Currently, he chairs Paathshala and Arth Group of Companies, dealing in minerals, noble metals, and organic products. He advises six universities, serves on boards of 14 colleges, and is Director General of ISBM University, Chhattisgarh. He has received three Presidential Awards in medical science, education, and Scouts & Guides, served in leadership roles in sports associations, guided 10 completed PhDs, with 8 ongoing, and holds over 100 patents.
